What fabrics are you using?

Our material is a dry-fit, moisture wicking, breathable 100% polyester fabric. Our weight is generally 160 -280GSM (grams per sq/m) depending on the sport and apparel. We can do lower or higher based on what our client prefers.

Is there any additional fees?

No. Our uniforms are manufactured through sublimation process so there is no such thing like charge per color or per letter.Sublimation kits never peel or crack and stay in perfect condition for years.

What is a special design?

Special design is a unique design created specifically for your team.
You can provide us with some design ideas or just let our graphic designers to showcase their skill. We have unlimited revisions. This is mostly used by professional teams.


How to order?

The order process is fairly easy. Browse our stock designs by sport, select the one you like the most, fill out the order form with your contact information and our representative will get in touch with you as soon as possible. If you are looking for a custom design, visit a custom design page and fill out the form there.

Once we reach out to you, you will be asked to send us your logos and a roster of players with sizes. We will send you a design for your approval. If you have any suggestions, we will change the design accordingly. We will require a pre-payment after the design has been approved. We will start the production process as soon as that has been done. You can expect to receive your uniforms in 2-3 weeks since the pre-payment has been made. 


What is the production time?

Our average production time is 12 to 16 business days. This is the lead time after the uniform design gets approved and the pre-payment has been made.

Why is deposit required?

Your items are custom made for you – in your design, colors and with your individual logos. These items only have value to the person or entity ordering them and are otherwise unsaleable. We require a pre-payment after the design is approved on your end. 

Can I receive a volume discount?

Yes, we provide volume discounts if you are ordering more than 25 kits.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We have a MOQ of 5 items. Please note that our competitors usually do not accept any orders less than 10 items.

Design and Printing

What printing method do you use?

We use sublimation printing method. Sublimation printing can achieve designs, patterns, and prints that the other guys can’t! Other methods of fabric printing do not allow for the same freedom of creativity. The biggest advantage of sublimation is that your uniforms will never crack, fade, or peel! 

What logo files do you prefer?

We prefer vector files of your logos and sponsors. We could also use high resolution .png files at least 1200px width.

Hustle Point provides a solution where your team, club or organization can launch an eCommerce site with apparel and accessories of your organization. No headaches for you, because we take care of all the processes and you make money with each sale. We will even provide you with marketing materials like social media graphics, posters, and website ads. It is the easiest way to earn funds!

How do my team benefit from it?

Every online store is created so you can earn funds for your program, club or organization. You can make up to 15% from each sale.
In most cases, the online store will be open for at least a year. In some circumstances, it is possible to negotiate the lifespan of a store.

What products do you have?

We offer over 350 products for your selection. It includes product categories such as apparel (hoodies, tees, performance wear, polos, sweatshirts, jackets, pants), hats, drinkware, socks, accessories (phone cases, blankets, bags, flip-flops). 

What is the delivery time?

On average, merchandise is delivered to the customer in 3-10 days depending on the location of the customer.

Do you provide marketing tools?

Absolutely! We will provide you with custom design posters, social media graphics, web banners. Also, we will provide you tips how to help your store sell more and make it more visible.

What type of printing method are you using?

We are using Direct to Garment printing method on most of our apparel. Some apparel like hats, jackets, pants is decorated with embroidery.
Mugs use dye sublimation.

How long does it take to set up a store?

On average, the online store set-up process takes 5 business days.

Is there a limit of designs I can place on my store?

There is a limit of 10 designs for each store. Additional design fee may be charged if it exceeds this number. In our industry, the average design limit is 3 designs per store. We believe in a variety of products and different looks.

How do I know how much my store sold?

We will update you once a month with how did your store do in the past month with your earnings.
